And napalmiris ships Jack/Carl but never gets any lovin', so I kinda wanted to rub that in her face a little with one of these. :D Enjoy!

Notes: napalmiris and I watched Smokin' Aces last night and were like, "Nestor Carbonell and Matthew Fox...so would've fucked had Matthew survived." So we decided, thanks to the radio communication that got Nestor/Acosta shot up in the elevator, that Matthew/Bill did survive and they met at the hospital. If napalmiris keeps twisting my arm like you know she will, this just might turn into an epic that'll end somewhere in NC-17 cheap hotel porn. And hey, maybe I'll even post that part. :D Anyway, enough rambling, here's the fucking fic for your viewing pleasure. By the by, this is un'betaed, so any mistakes are my own. Try to ignore them.
